Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting K-12 students as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist for the current school year. This full-time position (37.5 hours per week) begins as soon as possible and extends through the end of the school year, allowing you to make a meaningful impact in students’ lives while working in a collaborative educational environment.

Ideal candidates are passionate about promoting student success and are ready to work with diverse age groups and needs. Openings are available for both experienced Speech-Language Pathologists holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) and those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY).

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state license or eligibility to obtain appropriate licensure as required
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or eligibility to complete Clinical Fellowship (CFY)
  • Comfortable working with K-12 students across varying ages and abilities
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students according to individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify communication disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to develop strategies and support plans
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and intervention outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions as needed
  • Foster a positive and encouraging environment to help students achieve their communication goals
