Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Current Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility, including SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY
  • Experience or interest in supporting school-aged children, especially elementary grades
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfort with virtual service delivery platforms and remote engagement
  • Capacity for independent work, managing a small caseload efficiently and compassionately

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication needs within an elementary caseload
  • Develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions—either in-person or virtually—tailored to each student's unique strengths and goals
  • Maintain timely documentation and collaborate proactively with teachers, families, and support staff
  • Serve as a resource for school staff, providing consultations and sharing expertise as needed
