What we’re looking for:
- Hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Experience working with elementary-age students preferred
- Comfortable managing a caseload of 40-45 students
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, staff, and families
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
What you’ll do:
- Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations of students’ speech and language abilities
- Develop and implement therapeutic interventions aligned with students’ IEP goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, aides, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain thorough records and progress notes for each student
- Attend team meetings and communicate student progress effectively
- Provide support and resources to staff and families as needed
