Step into an impactful contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist serving an elementary school setting. Work closely with students from transitional kindergarten through fifth grade, supporting a caseload of approximately 40-45 learners in their academic and communication development. This is a full-time position based at a single school site, with a commitment spanning 160-170 days.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Previous experience working with elementary-aged children in a school environment is preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Commitment to fostering student success and promoting inclusivity

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment goals for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Deliver direct and consultative SLP services, both individually and in small groups
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student learning and progress
• Maintain accurate records and document student progress in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and team collaboration sessions
• Advocate for best practices in communication instruction within the school community
