Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility as required for SLPs
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in school-aged children
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Document evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress reports in keeping with school and state guidelines
• Contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and processes
