Available SLP Opportunities:
- Full-time position (Monday–Friday) supporting a PreK/Kindergarten building
- Part-time (3–5 days/week) within a 4th/5th grade building
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
- Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP in New Jersey (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience in a school-based pediatric setting is highly valued
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for helping children develop effective communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations tailored to students’ needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans anchored in IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to promote student success
- Monitor progress and provide regular documentation and updates
- Participate in IEP meetings, offering expert input to multidisciplinary teams
