Step into a rewarding contract role supporting preschool learners and their communication development for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. You’ll work with a manageable caseload of 45-55 preschool students, providing speech-language therapy services that are crucial to their early growth. Your expertise will help empower each child to overcome challenges and reach important milestones.

What you bring:

  • Valid CDE license
  • SLP credentials (CCC required)
  • Experience or strong interest in school-based and pediatric settings
  • Background in providing therapy to early childhood/preschool populations
  • Skills to communicate effectively with educators, families, and support staff
  • Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy to preschool students
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, voice, language, or fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and compliance with school and state requirements
  • Engage families in the therapy process, promoting carryover of skills
  • Contribute to a nurturing, student-centered classroom environment
