Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state SLP licensure or eligibility to obtain
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; new graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship (CFs) are also encouraged
- Experience in K-12 educational settings is advantageous
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language and communication assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy to students, documenting progress and outcomes
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff to support student success
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to relevant team discussions
- Participate in ongoing professional development and school-based initiatives
