What you bring to the role:

• Valid SLP license in Florida or eligibility for licensure
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• CCC or in-process Clinical Fellowship (CF) completion
• Prior experience in school-based settings or demonstrated passion for pediatric populations
• Ability to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team
• Strong communication, advocacy, and organizational skills

What you’ll do:

• Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy to students, aligned with IEP goals
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and participate in eligibility and IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to maximize student potential
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring
