Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
  • Experience working with diverse student populations, including those with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and adaptability within a school setting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with school teams
  • Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students in individual and group settings
  • Monitor student progress, adjust intervention strategies as needed, and maintain accurate records
  • Support teachers, staff, and families with resources, strategies, and ongoing communication for student success
  • Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal requirements for documentation and service delivery
  • Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary staff discussions, and professional development opportunities
