Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous experience in a school setting a plus
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Warm, compassionate approach to student care

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose students’ speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Deliver direct therapy and consultative services
  • Document progress and maintain compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists for comprehensive student support
  • Participate in case conferences and multidisciplinary team meetings
