Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Valid SLP state licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
- Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practices for diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders for students across PreK-12
- Develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs) and therapy sessions
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to integrate strategies in the classroom setting
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide training as needed
