Make an impact working with students from PreK to 12th grade in a vibrant school setting as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. This is an excellent contract opportunity for two full-time professionals dedicated to supporting communication development and academic success for youth. The position offers a supportive environment and the chance to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, fostering both personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders for students PreK through 12th grade
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students’ speech and language goals
  • Provide direct therapy services in one-on-one and small group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to integrate strategies into classroom and home environments
  • Maintain accurate records and document student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to SLP-CFs if desired
  • Stay current with best practices and continuing education relevant to the school population

Qualifications and experience desired:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates (SLP-CFY) welcome
  • Experience or strong interest in working with students from PreK through high school
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively as a key member of an educational team
