Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Valid SLP state licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
  • Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to evidence-based practices for diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders for students across PreK-12
  • Develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs) and therapy sessions
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to integrate strategies in the classroom setting
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide training as needed
