Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license (CFY or CCC considered).
- Experience, coursework, or clinical rotation in school-based settings strongly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills for work with students, parents, and school staff.
- Knowledge of IEP development, progress monitoring, and goal setting.
- Commitment to supporting students across multiple grade levels and abilities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services to students in PreK–12.
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals.
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain detailed records, progress notes, and required documentation.
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to optimize student success.
- Provide therapy in both individual and group settings as appropriate.
