School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Peralta, New Mexico

This position starts August 3, 2026, and concludes May 28, 2027, providing 40 hours per week of dedicated service to schools in the vibrant Peralta, NM area. What You’ll Bring:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current, valid SLP licensure (or eligibility) in New Mexico
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) and/or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcomed
• School-based SLP experience highly valued, though strong candidates seeking a CFY are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively with students from PreK through 12th grade, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and evidence-based therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and treatment plans
• Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers
• Maintain accurate records and documented progress for students served
• Support students’ academic and functional success in both individual and group settings
• Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and school initiatives as needed
