Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility for SLP licensure
• Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Skilled in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders
• Comfortable working with students from grades K-12, including elementary, middle, and high school
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students in grades K-12
• Deliver direct therapy services and monitor student progress
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
• Provide education and resources to families and staff regarding speech-language development and disorders
