Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or eligibility
• Experience working within school settings across elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Proficiency in assessing, diagnosing, and delivering therapy for a range of speech and language disorders
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students in grades K-12 to identify speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP goals based on each student's unique requirements
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services in both individual and group settings
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and participate in IEP meetings with educators and families
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and parents to foster optimal student outcomes
