School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Perrysburg, Ohio

Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP license in Ohio, or eligibility to obtain one
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) highly preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) warmly encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in a school-based setting, especially with elementary-aged children, is desirable
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Passion for helping children achieve communication milestones

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy to students in grades K–5
• Develop individualized treatment plans and perform diagnostic assessments
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare required reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support teams
• Offer education and resources to staff and families about speech and language development
