Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license in Ohio, or eligibility to obtain one
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) highly preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) warmly encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in a school-based setting, especially with elementary-aged children, is desirable
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Passion for helping children achieve communication milestones
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy to students in grades K–5
- Develop individualized treatment plans and perform diagnostic assessments
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare required reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support teams
- Offer education and resources to staff and families about speech and language development
