Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly valued
  • Strong understanding of IEP processes and compliance
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Adaptable, positive mindset with a commitment to student success

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions—both individual and group—tailored to student goals
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families on strategies to support student progress within the curriculum
  • Monitor and track student improvement, updating IEPs and maintaining thorough documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing insight and recommendations for student care
  • Stay current with best practices and continuing education in the field of speech-language pathology
