Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain state licensure as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred, but open to Clinical Fellows (CFs)
  • Experience or comfort working in school settings with children ages Pre-K through 12
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and parents
  • Maintain thorough documentation of assessments, progress, and service delivery
  • Provide direct and consultative speech therapy services to students, adapting to their unique needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to help guide educational decisions
  • Communicate regularly with teachers, administration, and families to support student growth
