Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current license (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in SLP (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates considered
• Previous experience working with school-age children is highly desirable
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to students with a range of needs, adhering to each student’s Individualized Education Program (IEP)
• Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments and maintain accurate documentation
• Develop individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure student progress and success
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to educational planning
• Provide training and resources to support staff and families in fostering communication development
