Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology license in California (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered.
  • Experience in pediatric, school-based, or teletherapy settings strongly preferred.
  • Strong skills in assessment, individualized education plans (IEPs), and therapeutic intervention.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Comfort with remote (teletherapy) service delivery platforms, as needed.
  • Commitment to working with diverse student populations.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations for students.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with IEPs.
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services, in person or virtually.
  • Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and services provided.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the overall development of students’ educational plans.
  • Provide support and advocacy to ensure every student’s success.
