Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
  • Experience working in school settings with pediatric populations
  • Familiarity with healthcare-based SLP practices
  • Teletherapy experience is highly valued
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Collaborative mindset and adaptability to diverse student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations for students referred for speech and language services
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and handle documentation in compliance with school policies
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services—onsite or through teletherapy platforms—to students across grade levels
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to support student progress and generalization of skills
  • Participate in IEP meetings, provide progress reports, and assist with compliance documentation
  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with district and legal standards
