Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Experience working in school settings with pediatric populations
- Familiarity with healthcare-based SLP practices
- Teletherapy experience is highly valued
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Collaborative mindset and adaptability to diverse student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations for students referred for speech and language services
- Develop individualized treatment plans and handle documentation in compliance with school policies
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services—onsite or through teletherapy platforms—to students across grade levels
- Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to support student progress and generalization of skills
- Participate in IEP meetings, provide progress reports, and assist with compliance documentation
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with district and legal standards
