This on-site opportunity is conveniently located near Petaluma, CA, and seeks a dedicated SLP with CCC credentials to meet immediate needs and help alleviate the current staff workload.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Experience in school settings or with pediatric populations
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving caseload demands
  • Ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and families

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy to students as outlined in IEPs
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Collaborate with current SLP staff and other school professionals to optimize student support
  • Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and required documentation in compliance with school policies
  • Engage in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and multidisciplinary team communication
  • Deliver services in person, ensuring high-quality, student-centered care

This full-time assignment offers approximately 35 hours weekly, with an immediate start through the end of the school year. You’ll make a meaningful difference by supporting students’ communication needs and lightening the caseload burden for existing staff.
