Qualifications/Experience Sought:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP license in California
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
  • Previous experience with school-aged children is highly valued

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders among students
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs
  • Provide direct therapy sessions, both individually and in small groups
  • Document progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to ongoing evaluations
  • Participate in IEP meetings, offering expertise and recommendations to support student success
  • Educate teachers and caregivers on strategies to foster communication skills in the classroom and at home
