Two full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) roles are available, offering the chance to make meaningful contributions within dynamic school settings. One assignment focuses on a single middle school caseload, while the other covers two vibrant elementary sites. Your expertise as an SLP-CCC will help students unlock communication skills and flourish academically and socially.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current Speech-Language Pathology license in California
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
  • Prior experience with school-aged children preferred
  • Ability to collaborate seamlessly with educators, therapists, and families
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Passion for fostering growth in diverse student populations

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver direct services and consultative support for students, adjusting approaches as needed
  • Engage in regular communication with teachers, administrators, and parents regarding student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaborations
