One assignment focuses on a single middle school caseload, while the other covers two vibrant elementary sites. Your expertise as an SLP-CCC will help students unlock communication skills and flourish academically and socially.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Current Speech-Language Pathology license in California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
- Prior experience with school-aged children preferred
- Ability to collaborate seamlessly with educators, therapists, and families
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Passion for fostering growth in diverse student populations
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct services and consultative support for students, adjusting approaches as needed
- Engage in regular communication with teachers, administrators, and parents regarding student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaborations
