Two full-time roles are available for the 2026-2027 academic year, supporting students across different grade levels in a welcoming and collaborative school environment near Petaluma, CA. To be considered, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP license in the state and a current CCC-SLP certification
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Commitment to supporting a diverse student population

In these vital roles, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting screenings, evaluations, and therapy sessions for students with speech and language needs
  • Collaborating with teaching staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams to design and implement effective intervention plans
  • Participating in IEP meetings and providing input on student progress and goals
  • Maintaining accurate documentation, session notes, and progress reports
  • Offering guidance and strategies to educators and parents to support students’ language and communication development
