School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Petaluma, California

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s strengths and goals
• Facilitating engaging therapy sessions focused on both speech and language development
• Maintaining meticulous documentation of student progress and outcomes
• Collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and student support
• Providing education and guidance to families, fostering meaningful involvement in the therapy process

Requirements and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Active or eligible state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Prior experience with pediatric or school-based populations is highly valued
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with a diverse range of individuals
• Strong teamwork capabilities, as well as the capacity to work autonomously

Candidates must hold an active state license approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology and possess (or be in the process of obtaining) a Master's degree or higher in the field.
