Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility)
  • Prior experience with elementary caseloads preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct, in-person speech-language therapy services three days a week to elementary-age students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to maximize student outcomes
  • Document progress and maintain thorough records in compliance with school and state guidelines
