Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
  • Ability to supervise SLPAs and deliver constructive feedback

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language services to students
  • Supervise and mentor SLPAs, ensuring high standards of care
  • Write, develop, and update IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)
  • Collaborate with educational teams to support student success
  • Participate in team meetings and engage families in the therapeutic process
