You’ll collaborate with dedicated school professionals and benefit from supportive supervision if you are completing your Clinical Fellowship Year. The caseload features diverse speech and language needs—ranging from articulation to pragmatic language—with no AAC requirements, focused entirely within one centralized campus serving young students.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for CFY actively pursued
• Valid state licensure (or ability to obtain prior to assignment start)
• School-based or pediatric experience working with ECSE/elementary preferred
• Experience or readiness to support articulation, language, or pragmatic communication needs
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfort with hybrid work and adaptability in scheduling

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat a range of speech and language needs in early learners
• Maintain accurate records and progress documentation aligned with school protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary educational staff, families, and support personnel
• Adapt and implement individualized intervention plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences as needed
• Leverage both on-site and remote work to deliver top-quality services
