In this position, you'll work closely with young students at an Early Childhood Special Education campus, focusing on those in 3-year-old through 1st grade classrooms. The caseload includes a diverse mix of speech and language needs, such as articulation, language development, and pragmatic/social skills. Notably, this position excludes AAC support, allowing you to dedicate your expertise to targeted communication growth.
Your role will be supported by comprehensive supervision, making this a welcoming environment whether you are a seasoned SLP (with CCCs), a Clinical Fellow (CFY), or a highly qualified SLPA eager to develop your skills.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid state licensure as SLP, SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA with school-based experience
- Passion for supporting early childhood and elementary learners
- Familiarity with articulation, language, and pragmatic therapy techniques
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Flexibility to thrive in a hybrid model, both onsite and remote
