You’ll play a vital part in a collaborative educational environment, providing evaluation, therapy, and support services to children across all grade levels. Utilize your expertise—whether as a CCC-SLP, Clinical Fellow (CFY), SLPA, or experienced pediatric/teletherapy SLP—to make a meaningful difference in students’ lives.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders (required)
- Valid state licensure/certification or eligibility as an SLP, CCC-SLP, CFY, or SLPA
- Experience working with pediatric or school-based populations
- Comfort with K-12 caseloads—adaptable to varying ages and developmental needs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborative work with teachers, staff, and families
- Teletherapy experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and screenings for students referred for speech-language concerns
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Provide direct and consultative speech/language therapy across all grade levels
- Document progress and maintain accurate records as required by school and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student achievement
- Participate in team meetings and professional development as needed
