Qualifications & Experience:
- Active state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year welcome)
- Experience with pediatric populations in K-12 educational settings
- Familiarity with both traditional and teletherapy service delivery
- Comfortable collaborating with educators, families, and school staff
- Experience supervising or collaborating with Speech Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) desirable
- Strong documentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations for students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) addressing specific communication needs
- Deliver therapy services directly, both on-site and via teletherapy, depending on student needs
- Maintain timely, accurate progress reports and compliance documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
- Provide guidance and support to SLPAs as needed
- Foster positive relationships with families and colleagues to ensure successful student outcomes
