Pediatric School Speech and Language Pathologist | Peyton, Colorado

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year welcome)
• Experience with pediatric populations in K-12 educational settings
• Familiarity with both traditional and teletherapy service delivery
• Comfortable collaborating with educators, families, and school staff
• Experience supervising or collaborating with Speech Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) desirable
• Strong documentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations for students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) addressing specific communication needs
• Deliver therapy services directly, both on-site and via teletherapy, depending on student needs
• Maintain timely, accurate progress reports and compliance documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
• Provide guidance and support to SLPAs as needed
• Foster positive relationships with families and colleagues to ensure successful student outcomes
