Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Peyton, Colorado

Utilize your expertise—whether as a CCC-SLP, Clinical Fellow (CFY), SLPA, or experienced pediatric/teletherapy SLP—to make a meaningful difference in students’ lives.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders (required)
• Valid state licensure/certification or eligibility as an SLP, CCC-SLP, CFY, or SLPA
• Experience working with pediatric or school-based populations
• Comfort with K-12 caseloads—adaptable to varying ages and developmental needs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborative work with teachers, staff, and families
• Teletherapy experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and screenings for students referred for speech-language concerns
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Provide direct and consultative speech/language therapy across all grade levels
• Document progress and maintain accurate records as required by school and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student achievement
• Participate in team meetings and professional development as needed
