Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license valid in Colorado
- Experience working with preschool children in a school setting is highly desirable
- Clinical Fellows considered, but candidates must demonstrate strong clinical skills and independence
- Familiarity with IEPs, progress monitoring, and age-appropriate intervention strategies
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic intervention for preschool-aged students with various speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop, implement, and progress-monitor IEP goals in collaboration with families and an interdisciplinary education team
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, and student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and staff consultations as needed
- Offer recommendations and collaborate on classroom strategies to support students in academic and social environments
