Make a meaningful impact in the lives of preschool students as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist in an engaging, supportive educational setting. This contract opportunity offers you the ability to collaborate with another SLP onsite, fostering a team approach to student support. You’ll work school-day hours, either 7:15-3:15 or 7:45-3:45, fulfilling a total of 37.5 hours each week.

In this role, you’ll serve a preschool caseload ranging between 40 and 60 students, focusing on early childhood intervention and setting a foundation for future success.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid state licensure as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred, but strong CFs considered
  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience is a plus
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Passion for supporting the development of young learners

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in preschool-aged students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to optimize student outcomes
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with district and legal requirements
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative school environment alongside your onsite SLP colleague

This position offers a competitive hourly rate in the range of $45-$65, reflecting your expertise and the rewarding impact you make each day.
