- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Hold a valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience or strong interest in a school-based setting
- Skilled in assessment, planning, and implementing treatment for articulation, receptive/expressive language, fluency, social-pragmatic communication, and AAC high-tech device needs
- Comfortable managing a diverse caseload covering mild to severe impairments
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for a variety of student needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to elementary students
- Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services targeting articulation, language, fluency, social-pragmatic, and AAC device usage
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Collaborate proactively with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student success
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development
