Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) from ASHA
- Active state licensure to practice speech-language pathology
- Experience supporting pediatric populations in school or healthcare environments
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and technology
- Strong documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with educators, support staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat students with a range of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to facilitate student success
- Provide both in-person therapy and remote teletherapy sessions as needed
- Monitor student progress, maintain thorough records, and adjust interventions as appropriate
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for students from diverse backgrounds
