Make a difference in students’ lives during the 2026/2027 school year as a full-time speech-language pathologist on a contract basis. This exciting opportunity allows you to support communication and language development through comprehensive school-based services, working collaboratively with educators and families to help each child reach their full potential.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Eligible for or holding a Colorado SLP license
  • CCC-SLP preferred; strong CFY applicants will be considered
  • Previous experience with school-aged populations is a plus
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Ability to adapt to diverse caseloads and student needs

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students in need of speech/language intervention
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct therapy services to students across a range of communication disorders
  • Collaborate closely with special education staff, teachers, and parents to deliver comprehensive services
  • Maintain required documentation and progress reports in accordance with district and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Engage in professional development and ongoing learning

This contract position offers an attractive hourly compensation ranging from $50 to $60, as well as competitive health, dental, and vision insurance benefits.
