Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active SLP license for Colorado (or eligibility to obtain)
• CCC-SLP credential or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
• Experience in pediatric or school-based settings highly valued
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to establish rapport with young students and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy to elementary-aged students with diverse speech and language needs
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress
• Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and support staff to maximize learning outcomes
• Maintain thorough records in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Deliver services in a supportive environment at a single school site
