We are seeking skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to help students achieve their communication goals. This role is perfect for compassionate, collaborative professionals eager to support young learners’ growth.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid SLP licensure in Colorado and current CCC designation
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred but not required
- Strong assessment, therapy, and documentation skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for collaborating with teachers, parents, and staff
- Flexibility to support students of various ages and abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Provide direct therapy and interventions to students
- Develop and track individualized progress for each student on caseload
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support comprehensive student development
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and district guidelines
