Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Active SLP-CCC credential; SLPA submissions are welcome for future consideration
- Experience with pediatric populations, especially elementary-aged students
- Strong organizational, communication, and case management skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in new school settings
- Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered therapy practices
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Serve core elementary caseloads (approximately 50 students per SLP)
- Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and direct therapy to students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure student success
- Maintain documentation and compliance with state and district guidelines
- Support additional caseloads across various grade levels as needed
