Speech Language Pathologist in Pflugerville, TX

Make a difference in the lives of young learners as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) supporting PreK students across multiple locations in Texas. Engage with vibrant communities and collaborate closely with dedicated educational teams to help students build foundational communication skills. We have rewarding opportunities available in three regions:

• Houston area (Texas City, Pearland, Bay City, El Campo, Freeport): Serve PreK students across a dynamic mix of campuses.
• Dallas/Fort Worth (Cleburne and Stephenville): Provide comprehensive speech services at two supportive sites.
• Corpus Christi region (Beeville, Corpus Christi, Robstown, Refugio): Support several collaborative school sites.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP-CCC certification
• Texas SLP licensure
• Experience or enthusiasm for working with PreK populations
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

What You’ll Do:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders within a school-based setting
• Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and document student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Conduct therapy sessions individually and in small groups with PreK students
• Participate in IEP meetings and staff collaboration sessions to support student needs
• Travel between assigned school sites within your chosen region
