Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field
  • Valid state licensure as an SLP (SLP-CCC/CFY) or eligibility for licensure by the contract start date
  • Open to SLP-CFYs and experienced clinicians, as well as licensed SLPAs with school-based experience
  • Previous experience working in a K-12 setting preferred
  • Strong assessment, therapy, and caseload management skills
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to K-12 students
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and monitor student outcomes
  • Contribute to IEP meetings and support compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Participate in school-wide initiatives to promote positive student communication skills
