Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field
- Valid state licensure as an SLP (SLP-CCC/CFY) or eligibility for licensure by the contract start date
- Open to SLP-CFYs and experienced clinicians, as well as licensed SLPAs with school-based experience
- Previous experience working in a K-12 setting preferred
- Strong assessment, therapy, and caseload management skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to K-12 students
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and monitor student outcomes
- Contribute to IEP meetings and support compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in school-wide initiatives to promote positive student communication skills
