Multiple full-time Speech-Language Pathologists are needed for the upcoming academic year, running from August 2026 through May 2027. With a 40-hour workweek, you’ll make a significant difference helping children develop vital communication skills, all while collaborating closely with a team of passionate professionals—including SLPAs who are onsite to assist. Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Active state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows will be considered
  • Prior experience in school settings or with pediatric populations is highly valued
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus, though not required
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills
  • Ability to work effectively in both in-person and virtual environments, supporting a range of student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders for K-8 students
  • Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to each child’s unique needs
  • Deliver engaging group and individual therapy sessions (in person or virtually, as needed)
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other school staff to maximize student progress
  • Supervise and support SLPAs working onsite
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with local and federal regulations
