What We're Looking For:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility to complete the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
  • Minimum of two years’ experience (school-based or pediatric focus preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of IEP processes, intervention planning, and therapy documentation
  • Ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Collaborative spirit and adaptability to work with various age groups in K-12 settings

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to maximize student potential
  • Monitor student progress and update records in compliance with legal standards
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and professional development activities
