Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFs) considered
• Previous experience working with children across K–12 preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of IEP processes and ability to conduct comprehensive evaluations
• Strong communication skills to interact with students, families, and school staff

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy to students in grades K–5, 6–8, and 9–12
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress
• Participate in student support and IEP meetings, collaborating with educational teams
• Deliver both pull-out and push-in services based on student needs
• Educate families and school personnel on communication strategies
• Maintain accurate records and comply with state and district requirements for documentation
