Desired Qualifications:

• Current or eligible California Speech-Language Pathology licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted
• Experience or strong interest in school-based, pediatric, and healthcare SLP settings
• Confidence working across the full K-12 spectrum
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and group speech and language therapy to students with diverse needs
• Develop and implement IEPs, monitoring progress and adjusting goals as needed
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student success
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and school-wide initiatives
• Engage in professional learning opportunities to stay updated on best practices
