You’ll work closely with children and adolescents, helping them overcome communication challenges and make meaningful progress—right at a pivotal stage in their lives. Your expertise as a skilled SLP will support students’ social and academic growth, ensuring they have access to the resources they need. From collaborating with teachers to designing personalized therapy plans, your skills are valued and essential.

Desired skills and experience:

  • Current or pending Speech-Language Pathology license (CFY or CCC accepted)
  • Prior experience in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare SLP settings is a plus
  • Ability to work with K-12 students across a range of abilities and needs
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Passion for helping children reach their goals
  • Collaborative mindset for teamwork with educators and families

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language services to students as outlined in IEPs
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation
  • Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
  • Partner with staff and families to support each student’s success
