Qualifications

  • Valid SLP or SLPA license/certification (required)
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work with students in grades K-5
  • Flexibility and adaptability to a new environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech-language therapy to K-5 students at one assigned school site
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff
  • Maintain accurate records and document student progress
  • Support students’ communication goals, both individually and in group settings
