Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFs also considered
- Previous experience working with school-aged children highly valued
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and screenings to determine students’ communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with other educational professionals
- Deliver targeted therapy sessions for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Maintain thorough records of progress and provide clear reports for parents, educators, and support staff
- Consult with teachers and parents to support student learning and participation in classroom activities
- Attend IEP meetings and help ensure compliance with educational and regulatory standards
