Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFs also considered
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children highly valued
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and screenings to determine students’ communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with other educational professionals
  • Deliver targeted therapy sessions for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Maintain thorough records of progress and provide clear reports for parents, educators, and support staff
  • Consult with teachers and parents to support student learning and participation in classroom activities
  • Attend IEP meetings and help ensure compliance with educational and regulatory standards
