Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Familiarity with augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Compassion and adaptability working with students spanning a range of disabilities

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency challenges
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy tailored to each student’s needs—both individually and in small groups
• Consult with teachers, families, and other specialists to support students’ IEP goals
• Document progress and maintain accurate records according to school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning for student success
• Provide support for both current school year as well as ESY and next school year programming
