Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
  • Previous experience in school-based settings and/or pediatric populations
  • Knowledge of educational and healthcare protocols for SLPs
  • Pennsylvania state licensure or eligibility to obtain
  • Strong communication, supervision, and mentoring abilities
  • Comfort with teletherapy platforms (VOCO) and hybrid service models

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and mentor other SLPs or SLPAs, providing clinical supervision and support aligned with best practices
  • Conduct speech-language assessments, design and implement intervention plans for K-12 students
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student success
  • Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with state, federal, and school-specific guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to planning individualized goals
  • Deliver services both in-person and via virtual platforms depending on district needs and preferences
