This contract opportunity is ideal for qualified Speech-Language Pathologists seeking flexible scheduling, diverse caseloads, and the chance to support students in both classroom-based and itinerant settings.

Openings are available at multiple sites in and around the Aston and Broomall regions, with service areas that include Aston, Media, Brookhaven, Glen Mills, Chaddsford, Upper Darby, Yeadon, Darby, Clifton Heights, Ridley, Broomall, Lansdowne, Bryn Mawr, Rosemont, and Wayne. Full-time (5 days/week) and part-time (minimum 2 days/week commitment) positions are available.

Requirements:

  • Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) Certification
  • Previous school-based experience preferred
  • Ability to begin work immediately
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Capable of managing diverse student caseloads, including autistic support classrooms and itinerant students

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in individual and small group settings
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to support students’ communication development
  • Conduct evaluations and maintain timely and accurate documentation according to school and regulatory guidelines
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and interventions
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Maintain travel between assigned buildings or sites as needed
