This full-time, contract position offers an impactful experience for Speech-Language Pathologists looking to make a difference in a dynamic educational environment near Philadelphia, PA. You’ll provide direct and consultative services across multiple grade levels, fostering communicative growth and supporting students’ success.

This role is ideal for both experienced SLPs (CCC) and Clinical Fellows (CFY) seeking hands-on experience and professional development in a collaborative school setting. As part of a multidisciplinary team, your expertise will help transform students’ educational journeys.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Pennsylvania SLP license (or eligibility)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) welcomed, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply
  • School-based experience with K-12 populations is desirable
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work full-time, five days per week
  • Commitment to supporting diverse student backgrounds and needs

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech-language, voice, and fluency disorders in K-12 students
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborate with educators, families, and allied professionals
  • Provide direct therapy, consultation, and progress monitoring
  • Participate in school meetings, team consultations, and parent conferences
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to compliance requirements
  • Engage in ongoing professional growth and development
