Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP-CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- State licensure (or eligibility) for PA SLP credentials
- Experience in pediatric and school-based settings strongly preferred
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings and comprehensive assessments for students referred for speech and language services
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Provide direct and indirect therapy services, both in-person and via teletherapy as appropriate
- Collect data, document progress, and maintain compliance with all regulatory and district requirements
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and support staff to support generalization of skills across settings
- Participate in IEP meetings, student support teams, and ongoing professional development
- Support inclusive practices while consulting with classroom educators
