Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current SLP-CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • State licensure (or eligibility) for PA SLP credentials
  • Experience in pediatric and school-based settings strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop and implement IEPs and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings and comprehensive assessments for students referred for speech and language services
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
  • Provide direct and indirect therapy services, both in-person and via teletherapy as appropriate
  • Collect data, document progress, and maintain compliance with all regulatory and district requirements
  • Collaborate with families, teachers, and support staff to support generalization of skills across settings
  • Participate in IEP meetings, student support teams, and ongoing professional development
  • Support inclusive practices while consulting with classroom educators
