Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) are welcome to apply.
  • Knowledge of IEP processes and experience working in school-based settings.
  • Experience with teletherapy and pediatric populations is a plus.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt services to both in-person and virtual environments as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students’ speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals.
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in-person or via teletherapy platforms as required.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress reporting, and compliance with school and state requirements.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights to student support plans.
