Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of IEP processes and experience working in school-based settings.
- Experience with teletherapy and pediatric populations is a plus.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt services to both in-person and virtual environments as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students’ speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals.
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in-person or via teletherapy platforms as required.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reporting, and compliance with school and state requirements.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights to student support plans.
