What you bring:
- Pennsylvania SLP license and Pennsylvania Department of Education certification, or eligibility
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), or eligibility for CFY supervision
- Experience in pediatric and school-based settings preferred
- Proficiency in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) required
- Comfort working with K-8th grade students with a range of needs
- Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive environment
What you’ll do:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services for students in grades K-8
- Assess, plan, and deliver individualized intervention programs focused on communication, language, and social skills
- Integrate AAC devices and strategies to maximize student participation and success
- Collaborate with educators, specialists, and families to develop and review IEPs
- Monitor progress, maintain up-to-date documentation, and participate in team meetings
