This opportunity is located near Philadelphia and involves supporting approximately 35-40 children at a single site. Collaborate with a welcoming educational team to help students achieve their communication goals, utilizing your expertise in AAC and pediatric care.

What you bring:

  • Pennsylvania SLP license and Pennsylvania Department of Education certification, or eligibility
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), or eligibility for CFY supervision
  • Experience in pediatric and school-based settings preferred
  • Proficiency in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) required
  • Comfort working with K-8th grade students with a range of needs
  • Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive environment

What you’ll do:

  • Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services for students in grades K-8
  • Assess, plan, and deliver individualized intervention programs focused on communication, language, and social skills
  • Integrate AAC devices and strategies to maximize student participation and success
  • Collaborate with educators, specialists, and families to develop and review IEPs
  • Monitor progress, maintain up-to-date documentation, and participate in team meetings
  • Engage in a school community that values diverse learners and innovation
