Two full-time Speech-Language Pathologists are needed to support a caseload of approximately 35-40 students, all within a single, welcoming site near Philadelphia, PA. This contract position offers a structured schedule from 8:00am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday, allowing you to collaborate, grow, and make lasting student connections.

Ideal Background & Qualifications:

  • Active SLP state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Previous experience within school or pediatric settings highly valued
  • Strong familiarity with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices and strategies (required)
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills for working closely with teachers, staff, and families
  • Ability to develop individualized treatment plans that meet student-specific needs across a diverse caseload

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality speech, language, and communication therapy to K-8th grade students across a variety of needs
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop intervention plans for students with speech-language disorders
  • Integrate AAC technology into therapy sessions and educational planning
  • Maintain detailed documentation for evaluations, progress, and compliance
  • Provide consultative support to educational staff and families, fostering a collaborative approach
  • Contribute to IEP meetings and help shape student success stories
