Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience in schools, pediatric populations, teletherapy, or healthcare settings preferred
- Active Pennsylvania SLP license (or eligibility)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a commitment to student success
- Comfort with small caseloads and individualized intervention planning
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for high school students requiring speech and language services
- Develop and implement IEP goals, documenting student progress according to school and district guidelines
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including teachers, counselors, and families
- Offer teletherapy sessions as appropriate to support student needs
- Participate in team meetings and professional development sessions
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and nurturing environment for students
