Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Experience in schools, pediatric populations, teletherapy, or healthcare settings preferred
  • Active Pennsylvania SLP license (or eligibility)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a commitment to student success
  • Comfort with small caseloads and individualized intervention planning

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for high school students requiring speech and language services
  • Develop and implement IEP goals, documenting student progress according to school and district guidelines
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including teachers, counselors, and families
  • Offer teletherapy sessions as appropriate to support student needs
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development sessions
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and nurturing environment for students
