Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current state SLP licensure or eligibility in Pennsylvania
- ASHA CCC-SLP certification highly preferred
- Previous experience supporting pediatric or school-aged populations
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Adaptability, professionalism, and a passion for helping students succeed
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech/language evaluations and therapy for students
- Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver therapy in individual and small group settings
- Track student progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
