A skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to support students across multiple grade levels in a dynamic school setting located in Philadelphia, PA. This contract position offers the opportunity to work with diverse student populations spanning Grades K-5, Grades 6-8, and Grades 9-12, providing essential speech and language therapy services.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students in assigned grade levels.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student communication goals.
  • Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience providing speech and language therapy in school settings, ideally across multiple grade levels.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with individualized education program (IEP) processes and compliance requirements.
