Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility to practice in Pennsylvania
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Prior experience working with K-12 students preferred, including ages from early childhood through high school
- Strong skills in assessment, individualized treatment planning, and documentation
- Effective communication abilities for working with students, families, educators, and support staff
- Passion for fostering growth and confidence in students across varying ability levels
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer evaluations and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored for students in grades K-12
- Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions—both individual and small group—to address a range of communication challenges
- Collaborate with school teams and families to monitor progress, set goals, and celebrate successes
- Maintain thorough and accurate records in compliance with state and district requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and multidisciplinary planning efforts
